Waypoint Therapeutics is proud to accept VA TriWest Insurance for massage therapy through the Community Care Network (CCN). If you are a veteran seeking massage therapy, you may be eligible for treatment with a referral from the VA.

How to Access VA Community Care for Massage Therapy

​​**Follow these steps to determine your eligibility and obtain a referral:

​

Step 1: Visit Your VA Provider

• Schedule an appointment with your VA primary care provider.

• Your VA care team will assess your medical needs and determine if community care is the right option for you.

• Eligibility is based on medical necessity, VA service availability, and other requirements.

Step 2: Obtain an Authorization & Referral

• If approved, VA will issue a referral and coordinate care with a community provider.

• You may request Waypoint Therapeutics as your provider, or VA can assign one for you.

​

Step 3: Schedule & Receive Treatment

• Once VA approves and authorizes your care, contact us to schedule an appointment.

• Please arrive on time for your session.

• If follow-up treatment is needed, ensure VA has authorized additional visits before scheduling.

Important Notes:

⚠️ VA approval is required before scheduling your first appointment.
⚠️ Waypoint Therapeutics must be in VA’s network and accept TriWest payments (which we do!).
⚠️ If additional care is needed, VA or your provider must authorize follow-up sessions before scheduling.
